A Statement Piece of Craftsmanship
✍️ Description:
To complement the new kitchen cabinetry and create a cohesive, high-end aesthetic, we designed and built a custom range hood that blends both form and function. The chevron pattern on the hood was intentionally crafted to echo the herringbone tile backsplash, creating a strong visual connection across the kitchen.
For warmth and contrast, the insert housing was constructed using solid walnut strips, laminated together and finished with a rich oil treatment that enhances the natural grain. This not only ties the hood to the acacia buffet countertop on the opposite side of the kitchen but also adds a warm, organic element to balance the crisp white cabinetry.
The result? A bold yet refined centerpiece that looks like it was always meant to be part of the space.
